Delivery is generally carried out on pallets by our partner carrier Dachser.

After shipping, Dachser contacts the customer to arrange a delivery appointment. Delivery is made with a truck equipped with a tail lift / unloading platform. Depending on the area, a truck weighing up to 24 tons may be used.

The goods are delivered to the curbside, the property boundary, or the closest point safely accessible by the truck. The driver unloads the pallet but does not carry the product into the garden, onto the terrace, into the garage, or to its final location.

Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the pallet, packaging, and product before signing the delivery note.
